Autoresponders

The autoresponding feature in Formzillion allows you to automatically send a response to users who submit a form. This feature is useful for sending confirmation messages, thank-you notes, or any other kind of message that you want to automatically send to users.

Setting Up Autoresponders

To set up an autoresponder, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Formzillion account.
  2. Create a new form or select an existing one.
  3. Click on the "Settings" button.
  4. Under the "Autoresponder" section, click on the "Add Autoresponder" button.
  5. In the "Autoresponder" window, enter the following details:
    • Subject: Enter the subject line for your autoresponder email.
    • From Name: Enter the name that you want to appear as the sender of the autoresponder email.
    • From Email: Enter the email address that you want to appear as the sender of the autoresponder email.
    • Reply-To Email: Enter the email address that you want users to reply to if they have any questions or concerns.
    • Message: Enter the message that you want to send to users who submit the form.
    • Include Form Data: Choose whether you want to include form data in the autoresponder email.
  6. Click on the "Save" button to save your autoresponder settings.

Managing Autoresponders

You can manage your autoresponders by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Formzillion account.
  2. Click on the form that you want to manage.
  3. Click on the "Settings" button.
  4. Under the "Autoresponder" section, you can see a list of all your autoresponders.
  5. To edit an autoresponder, click on the "Edit" button next to the autoresponder that you want to modify.
  6. To delete an autoresponder, click on the "Delete" button next to the autoresponder that you want to remove.
